Organizational capital,innovation knowledge integration and enterprise strategic change

全球化背景下的多元竞争态势下,战略变革行为是企业维持长期竞争优势的重要手段。从组织资本的视角,基于创业板数据探求反映企业软实力的组织资本对企业战略变革行为的影响路径。并进一步证实了创新知识整合在两者关系起到的中介作用,以及企业家过度自信对于作用路径的正向调节作用。以固定效应模型、高组织资本组与低组织资本组的PSM匹配及工具变量的方法缓解可能存在的内生性问题。实证结果表明:组织资本是企业战略变革行为的重要内部驱动力,组织资本作为一种新型生产要素,加速了企业对于行业内外知识的整合进而促使企业战略变革的发生。决策者的过度自信强化了两者间的影响作用。研究结果对企业战略变革决策行为的前端动因问题提出了新的理论解释。

Under the background of globalization,the behavior of strategic change is an important means for enterprises to maintain long-term competitive advantage.From the perspective of organizational capital,this paper explores the influence path of organizational capital reflecting the soft power of enterprises on the strategic change behavior of enterprises based on gem data.It further proves the mediating role of innovation knowledge integration in the relationship between the two,and the positive regulating effect of entrepreneur overconfidence on the action path.A fixed-effect model,PSM matching of high-organization capital group and low-organization capital group and tool variables were used to alleviate the possible endogenous problems.The empirical results show that organizational capital is an important internal driving force of enterprise strategic change behavior.As a new production factor,organizational capital accelerates the integration of knowledge inside and outside the industry and then promotes the occurrence of strategic change.The overconfidence of decision makers reinforces the influence between the two.The results of this paper provide a new theoretical explanation for the front-end motivation of enterprise strategic change decision-making.
