摘要
为解决传统非离子型乳化剂游离亲水基团过多而导致涂层耐水性差的问题,本文以过硫酸钾为催化剂,使1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚与吐温-20发生反应,对亲水链段进行环氧封端;然后借助环氧树脂E-31上羟基的反应活性,以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为桥梁,将环氧封端后的亲水链段接枝到环氧树脂E-31主链上,从而得到了一种新型非离子型乳化剂。结果表明:对亲水性链段进行环氧封端后,使得原本游离的亲水链段可参与到涂膜的固化体系中,提高涂膜的交联密度,使得涂膜力学性能及耐液体介质等性能进一步提高。
Due to the excessive free hydrophilic groups in traditional nonionic emulsifiers,the water resistance of the coatings become lower.In order to solve this problem,1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and Tween-20 were reacted at the presence of potassium persulfate as catalyst,the hydrophilic segment of the product was terminated with epoxy resin to obtain an epoxy terminated hydrophilic segment,which was then,with the aid of the reactivity of the hydroxyl group on the epoxy resin E-31,reacted with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate as a bridge and grafted onto the main chain of epoxy resin E-31 to obtain a new type of non-ionic emulsifier.The results showed that after the hydrophilic segment was terminated with epoxy,the originally free hydrophilic segment could be incorporated into the curing system of the coatings film,increasing the crosslinking density of the coatings film,and further improving the mechanical properties and fluid chemicals-resistance of the coatings film.
