摘要
制备了一款适用于轨道交通车辆涂装领域,综合性能优异的水性环氧底漆。重点针对其抗流挂性、边缘润湿性及双底材(碳钢和铝合金)耐盐雾性进行了研究测试。通过涂料配方设计,满足了相应技术指标的同时兼顾了良好的施工性,提升了无气喷涂的流挂极限,解决了厚型底材的边缘润湿,加强了不同机车底材的耐盐雾性能。为绿色环保水性环氧底漆在轨道交通车辆上的应用提供了更多的数据支持与改进方向。
A waterborne epoxy primer with excellent performance was prepared,which could be used in the field of rail transit.Meanwhile,sagging performance,edge wettability and resistance to neutral salt spray on dual substrate of carbon steel and aluminum alloy were investigated.Through the design of coatings formulation,the corresponding technical specification could be met,as well as the applicability.The sagging limit of during airless spraying was improved,the edge wetting of thick substrate was solved,and the salt spray resistance of different locomotive substrates was enhanced.It provided more data information support and improvement direction for the application of green and environment-friendly waterborne epoxy primer in rail transit vehicles.
