Effect of BOLD Compression Screws in the Treatment of Foot Fractures

目的:对足部骨折患者在临床中采用BOLD加压螺丝钉治疗后的效果及作用进行研究分析。方法:2018年8月-2020年8月,随机抽取我院收治的足部骨折患者50例作为此次研究的主要对象;给予所有患者进行统一编号后随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予BOLD加压螺丝钉治疗和微型钢板内固定治疗,各25例;研究BOLD加压螺丝钉用于足部骨折治疗的作用。结果:对照组的骨折治疗优良率为76.00%(19/25),观察组的骨折治疗优良率为96.00%(24/25),(x^(2)=4.153,P=0.042)P<0.05;观察组治疗后的疼痛消失时间Maryland足部功能评分及骨折愈合时间均相比对照组效果较好,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BOLD加压螺丝钉用于治疗足部骨折的效果显著,可进行一定的临床推广和应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect and function of treating patients with foot fracture with BOLD compression screw.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2020,50 patients with foot fractures admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the main objects of this study;All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group after being uniformly numbered,and were treated with BOLD compression screw and mini-plate intermal fixation respectively,with 25 cases in each group.To study the effect of BOLD compression screw in the treatment of foot fracture.Results:The excellent and good rate of fracture treatment was 76.00%(19/25)in the conventional group and 96.00%(24/25)in the experimental group(x^(2)=4.153,P=0.042),P<0.05;Compared with the conventional group,the pain disappearance time,Maryland foot function score and fracture prognosis time in the experimental group were better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:BOLD compression screw is effective in treating foot fracture,which can be popularized and applied clinically.
