护理干预对老年桡骨远端骨折患者家庭主要照顾者实施回援法术后营养状况和康复效果的观察

Observation on the Nutritional Status and Rehabilitation Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Elderly Patients with Distal Radius Fracture after the Application of back-up Operation

目的:探究回援法应用于老年桡骨远端骨折患者家庭主要照顾者对术后影响及康复效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月收入老年桡骨远端骨折及其家庭主要照顾者100例,将其分为观察组(对照顾者给予回援法干预)与对照组(对照顾者给予常规健康教育)各50例,分组方法为随机数字表法,比较2组术后营养状况、康复情况。结果:干预前研究对象照顾知识、照顾技能评分无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组在照顾知识、照顾技能评分上显著比对照组较高(P<0.05)。干预前研究对象上臂肌围(TSF)、体质量指数(BMI)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(AMC)、前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(STP)比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组TSF、BMI、AMC、PA、ALB、STP高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前研究对象腕关节掌屈、腕关节背伸、前臂旋前、前臂旋后活动度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组腕关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回援法干预可显著提升照顾者的照顾能力,患者腕关节功能显著提升,营养状况改善,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of family caregivers of elderly patients with distal radius fracture on postoperative nutritional status and rehabilitation effect.Methods:A control study was carried out on 100 elderly patients with distal radius fracture and their main family caregivers admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into two groups:intervention group A(intervention of return method for control customers)and intervention group B(routine health education for control customers),each group had 50 cases.The grouping method was random number table method.The influence of different health education methods on the nutritional status and rehabilitation effect of patients after operation were studied.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of care knowledge and care skills between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of care knowledge and skills in intervention group A were significantly higher than those in intervention group B(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in TSF,BMI,AMC,PA,ALB and STP between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,TSF,BMI,AMC,PA,ALB and STP in intervention group A were higher than those in intervention group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention in the activities of metacaqal flexion,dorsal extension,pronation of forearm and pronation of forearm(P>0.05);After intervention,the activity of wrist joint in intervention group A was higher than that in intervention group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment,the nursing ability,wrist function and nutritional status of the elderly patients with distal radius fracture can be improved by using the method of back-up.
