颌间牵引钉颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定对102例颌骨骨折患者的临床疗效评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究颌间牵引钉颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2017年2月-2020年2月期间凌源市中心医院收治的204例颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,将研究对象按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为2组,观察组和对照组,每组102例。对照组采取微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,观察组采用颌间牵引钉颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、牙周相关指标和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组90.20%,P<0.05;2组患者治疗前,软垢指数(DI)、菌斑指数(PI)、牙龈指数(GI)组间比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后2组DI、PI.CI均高于治疗前,P<0.05,组间比较观察组高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不.良反应率为2.94%,与对照组3.92%相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在颌骨骨折患者治疗中,颌间牵引钉颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗效果理想,能够促进患者口腔状态及牙周情况恢复,且安全性较高,值得推荐。
