循证护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者早期功能锻炼中的应用分析

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention in the Early Functional Exercise of Elderly Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture

目的:探讨循证护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者早期功能锻炼中的应用分析。方法:采用随机信封方法设计,将2018年1月-2019年12月期间我院50例老年下肢骨折患者设为对照组,将同时间段50例老年下肢骨折患者设为观察组;对照组采用一般护理方法,观察组加用循证护理方法。比较2组的护理前后Harris髋关节评分、早期功能锻炼依从性、临床护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理后Harris髋关节评分高于对照组,护理后早期功能锻炼依从性高于对照组,而且护理后临床护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年下肢骨折患者增加循证护理方法能够提高其早期功能锻炼依从性,改善Harris髋关节指标,促进临床护理满意度的提高。

Objective:To explore the application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the early functional exercise of elderly pa-tients with lower extremity fracture.Methods:a randomized envelope design was used.From January 2018 to December 2019,50 elderly patients with lower extremity fracture in our hospital were set as the control group,and 50 elderly patients with lower extremity fracture in the same period were set as the study group.The control group adopted the general nursing method,and the study group added the evi-dence-based nursing method.Harris hip score,early functional exercise compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared be-fore and after nursing.Results:The Harris hip score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the compliance of early functional exercise was higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction of clinical nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:increasing evidence-based nursing can improve the compliance of early functional exercise,improve Harris hip index,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
