骨科重症患者中心静脉置管术后的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Patients with Severe Orthopedics after Central Venous Catheterization

目的:中心静脉置管在骨科重症患者抢救、输血、输液及肠外营养支持治疗过程中可发挥重要的作用,不仅能有效减少患者穿刺次数和保护其血管,同时还能提高其输液治疗的稳定性和减少护理人员的护理工作量,但是,中心静脉置管术本身是一种侵袭性治疗手段,不仅要对患者机体进行穿刺,同时还需将导管置入其中心静脉中,术后若不加强防护,易引发患者出现穿刺部位感染、空气栓塞、导管滑脱、导管阻塞等不良现象和并发症,从而影响其预后生活质量和预后恢复,对此,还需临床在术后采取相应的护理措施对患者进行干预,才能改善其预后。本文主要概述了骨科重症患者与中心静脉置管术相关概念,并总结了骨科重症患者中心静脉置管术后对其施行护理干预的必要性和方法,以期能为后续临床提供有效参考。

Central venous catheterization can play an important role in the rescue,blood transfusion,infusion and parenteral nutrition support treatment of severe orthopedic patients.Stability and reduce the nursing workload of the nursing staff.However,the central venous catheterization is an invasive treatment method,not only to puncture the patient s body,but also to place the catheter into its central vein.Without enhanced protection,it is easy to cause adverse phenomena and complications such as puncture site infection,air embolism,cath-eter slippage,and catheter obstruction,which affects the prognostic quality of life and recovery of prognosis.In this regard,it is necessary to take appropriate care after surgery.Measures to intervene in patients can improve their prognosis.This article mainly summarizes the concepts related to central venous catheterization in severe orthopedic patients,and summarizes the necessity and methods of nursing inter-vention for severe osteopathic patients after central venous catheterization,in order to provide effective reference for follow-up clinical.
