摘要
针对以往现场对于钢卷木托架垫木材料蠕变特性没有理论模型及相关影响因素分析的问题,充分结合现场木托架使用工况设计相关蠕变实验;在定量地分析各种影响因素对垫木材料蠕变特性影响的基础上,建立了一套适合于钢卷静置过程中的木托架垫木蠕变量模型,并选择典型规格产品定量分析了承载载荷、材料含水率、材料缺陷对垫木静置过程中蠕变量的影响。
In light of no theoretical model and analysis of related influencing factors on the creep characteristics of the steel coil wooden bracket pad wood material in the past,fully combined with the use conditions of the wooden bracket on the site,the relevant creep experiments were designed.Based on the quantitative analysis of the influence of various influencing factors on the creep characteristics of the pad material,a set of creep variables model for the wooden bracket pad wood during the standing process of the steel coil was established.And the typical specification products were chosen to quantitatively analyze the influence of load-bearing load,material moisture content,and material defects on the amount of creep of the pad wood during resting process.
