摘要
为了研究翼型热管散热器的散热规律,使热管和翅片布置更合理,提升散热器综合性能,仿真分析了某工程车辆的管片式散热器单元,并与实验数据对比验证了其准确性;分析了热管和翅片不同布置形式对换热性能以及阻力性能的影响。分析结果表明:增加管列间距和管排间距对散热性能提升较大,分别达到了2.35%和23.74%。
In order to study the heat dissipation law of the airfoil heat pipe radiator,make the arrangement of heat pipes and fins more reasonable,and improve the overall performance of the radiator,a simulation analysis of the tube and fin radiator unit of an engineering vehicle was carried out.The accuracy is verified by comparison with experimental data,and the influence of different arrangements of heat pipes and fins on heat transfer performance and resistance performance is analyzed.The analysis results show that increasing the tube row spacing and tube row spacing greatly improves the heat dissipation performance,reaching 2.35% and 23.74% respectively.
