摘要
基于PEMS测试技术,设计多组排放试验,通过试验数据对比分析四阶段装载机在不同试验工况下的尾气排放情况。研究表明:非道路四阶段装载机尾气中,各工况条件下CO污染物排放值较低且远低于法规限值要求;在不同的装载机运行工况下NO X污染物排放值不同,且NO X污染物排放值与装载机负荷率不呈相关关系;燃油消耗量相关系数与装载机运行工况的变化激烈程度呈正相关关系。
Based on the PEMS test technology,several emission tests were designed,and the exhaust emissions of the four-stage loader under different test conditions were compared and analyzed through the test data.The results show that in the tail gas of the non-road four-stage loader,the CO pollutant emission value under all working conditions is low and far below the legal limit requirements.NO_(X) emission values are different under different loader operating conditions,and there is no correlation between NO_(X) emission values and loader load rate.There is a positive correlation between the correlation coefficient of fuel consumption and the change intensity of loader operating condition.
