摘要
由于目前对串行制造系统的研究主要集中在提升产品质量和降低运维成本,而对表征系统运行可靠性的MTBF算法研究较少,因此归纳了6种串行制造系统MTBF算法,并以曲轴精密磨削加工系统为例,对6种算法分别展开了讨论,总结了各种算法的适用范围。
The research on serial manufacturing systems mainly focuses on improving product quality and reducing operation and maintenance costs,while the research on MTBF algorithms that characterizing systems operation reliability is less.In this paper,six kinds of MTBF algorithms of serial manufacturing system are summarized.Based on the crankshaft precision grinding system,the six algorithms are studied respectively,and then the application scopes of each algorithm are discussed.
