摘要
为防止剪叉式高空作业平台因载荷超限而出现安全事故,提出了一种负载静态估算方法。基于力学分析完成油压、角度与负载关系式的推导,再利用最小二乘法标定出公式中的动态参数,解决了质量估算误差较大的问题,使得主要工作范围内质量估算误差在5%左右。
In order to prevent safety accidents of scissor type aerial work platform due to load overrun,a static load estimation method is proposed.In this paper,based on the mechanical analysis,the relationship between oil pressure,angle and load is derived,and then the dynamic parameters in the formula are calibrated by the least square method,which solves the problem of large error in mass estimation,and makes the quality estimation error within the main working range around 5%.
