摘要
为了避免APU转子的额定转速与转子系统的临界转速相接近而发生共振,应用Hypermesh与Workbench软件对某型辅助动力装置转子进行了转子动力学特性计算。分析了转子固有模态,得到了转子系统的前两阶弯曲振动固有模态及振型;其次考虑陀螺效应,利用Campbell图分析了转子临界转速,得到了前两阶临界转速。研究结果表明:该转子额定转速避开了转子的临界转速,转子设计合理。
In order to avoid resonance between the rated speed of the APU rotor and the critical speed of the rotor system,Hypermesh and Workbench software are used to calculate the rotor dynamics characteristics of a certain type of auxiliary power unit rotor.The natural modes of the rotor are analyzed,and the first two natural modes and mode shapes of bending vibration of the rotor system are obtained;secondly,considering the gyro effect,the critical speed of the rotor is analyzed using the Campbell diagram,and the first two critical speeds are obtained.The research results show that the rated speed of the rotor avoids the critical speed of the rotor,and the rotor design is reasonable.
