摘要
吸附塔设备在交变载荷下易发生疲劳破坏,且破坏往往发生在塑性变形较大的高应变区,传统设计方法往往采用各种失效准则进行判定,采用ANSYS有限元分析平台,将疲劳设计分析与有限元法结合起来,通过有限元分析找到高应变区,验证该区域是否满足疲劳强度要求,为该类设备进行疲劳设计分析提供新的参考思路。
Aiming at the fatigue failure of adsorbent tower equipment under alternating load,and the failure often occurs in the high strain zone with large plastic deformation,traditional design methods often use various failure criteria to judge.The ANSYS finite element analysis platform is used to combine fatigue design analysis with finite element analysis.The high strain zone is found through finite element analysis to verify whether the region meets fatigue strength requirement,which provides a new reference for fatigue design and analysis of this kind of equipment.
