摘要
某矿井需要对现有胶带机巷进行扩帮改建,受巷道空间小、行人侧铺设有轨道等因素制约,只能通过人工作业的方式将矸石转运至大巷带式输送机上,针对人工装料效率低、劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种可旋转且能够移动的带式输送机,利用该带式输送机将矸石运送到大巷带式输送机上,提高了矸石运输效率。
A certain mine needs to expand and rebuild the existing belt conveyor lane.Restricted by factors such as the small roadway space and the tracks laid on the pedestrian side,the gangue can only be transferred to the main road belt conveyor by manual operation.Aiming at the problems of low manual loading efficiency and high labor intensity,a rotatable and movable belt conveyor is designed.The belt conveyor is used to transport the gangue to the main lane belt conveyor,which improves the gangue transportation efficiency.
