摘要 薄壁类零件结构薄弱,加工难度大,要有针对性地采用加工工艺和工装夹具。通过对某电气设备中支护件的结构分析,采用了余量支持方法和夹具装夹,规避了薄壁件的弱点,完成了支护件的加工。加工方法典型,可以为薄壁类零件的加工提供参考。 Thin-walled parts have a weak structure and are difficult to process,so processing techniques and fixtures must be used in a targeted manner.Through the structural analysis of the supporting parts in a certain electrical equipment,the margin support method and fixture clamping are adopted to avoid the weak points of the thin-walled parts and complete the processing of the supporting parts.The processing method is typical,which can provide reference for the processing of thin-walled parts.
