摘要
制定了两种不同热处理工艺对42CrMo钢车轴进行热处理,经过试验得出每种工艺下的车轴性能结果。通过对性能结果研究分析,重新优化了热处理工艺,使车轴各项性能指标均有较大提升。对优化工艺进行了批量验证,热处理后车轴性能较好,车轴整体性能基本一致,各项性能合格并稳定,证明了优化热处理工艺的合理性。
Two different heat treatment processes have been formulated to heat treatment for the 42CrMo steel axles,and the performance results of the axles under each process have been obtained through experiments.Through the research and analysis of the performance results,the heat treatment process was re-optimized,so that the performance of the axle has a large margin,and the optimization process was verified in batches.After heat treatment,the performance of the axle is better,the overall performance of the axle is basically the same,and the performance results are qualified and stable,which proves the rationality of optimizing the heat treatment process.
