摘要 风电机组在线振动监测系统可有效诊断发电机滚动轴承的疲劳失效、电腐蚀故障,通过对振动数据的分析比较,以及对这两类故障机理的区分,找出滚动轴承疲劳失效和电腐蚀故障之间的差异,并针对不同的故障采取相应的维修措施,从而有效地降低了这两类故障的发生。 The on-line vibration monitoring system of wind turbine can effectively diagnose the fatigue failure and electric corrosion failure of rolling bearing of generator.Through the analysis and comparison of vibration data and the distinction of these two types of fault mechanism,the difference between fatigue failure and electric corrosion failure of rolling bearing is found out,and corresponding maintenance measures are taken for different faults,thus effectively reduce the occurrence of these two types of failures.
