焦炉排产计划管理系统研究与开发

Research and Development of Planning Management System for Coke Oven Production

国内很多焦炉作业计划还停留在人工编制的水平上,焦炉设备的装煤、平煤和推焦等生产设备数据以及生产过程数据的采集、记录和统计报表等基本由人工完成,人为因素多,导致在数据可靠性、数据保存和数据查阅等方面存在诸多问题。通过研究焦炉生产工艺流程,针对某焦炭企业新建设的焦炭生产线设计了自动化焦炉作业计划系统,并已投入了应用。应用结果表明:该系统保证了焦炉生产的稳定进行,降低了工人的劳动强度,对其他企业的管理创新也有一定借鉴意义。

Many domestic coke oven operation plans are still at the level of manual compilation.The production equipment data of coke oven equipment such as coal loading,flat coal and coke pushing,as well as the collection,recording and statistical reports of production process data are basically maintained manually.Many human factors have caused many problems in data reliability,data storage,and data access.Through studying the coke oven production process,an automated coke oven operation planning system was designed for a coke production line newly constructed by a coke company,and it has been put into application.The results show that the application of this system guarantees the stable production of coke ovens,reduces the labor intensity of workers,and has certain reference significance for the management innovation of other enterprises.
