摘要
排管机是海洋钻井平台工作过程中最忙碌的机械设备,主要用在猫道机、鼠洞、指梁盒、井口等位置之间抓取和排放钻杆。首先介绍了钻井平台排管设备的组成和工艺流程,然后给出了排管工艺过程控制系统的详细架构和搭建过程。通过PROFINET网络实现了排管过程的中央控制,能够完全满足生产工艺要求,具有操作简单、运行稳定等优势。最后,提出了排管系统未来的发展方向。
The pipe racker is the busiest mechanical equipment in the working process of the offshore drilling platform.It is mainly used to grab and discharge drill pipes between catwalk machines,mouse holes,finger beam boxes,wellheads and other positions.This article first introduces the pipeline equipment composition and process flow of the drilling platform,and then gives the detailed structure and construction process of the control system for the process control system of the piping process.Through the PROFINET network,the central control of the piping process is realized,which can fully meet the requirements of the production process,and has the advantages of simple operation and stable operation.Finally,the future development direction of the piping system is proposed.
