摘要
3D打印使用层积增材的原理实现快速加工,对于设计者而言,不需要考虑太多成形因素,设计理念更加自由。通过对3D打印技术种类、时效、加工精度、表面处理方式以及加工成本等多方面因素综合分析,对设计者在设计阶段如何合理使用3D打印技术、使用此技术时在设计中不同于传统设计的做法进行阐述剖析。分析后得出以下结论:3D打印技术现阶段更加适合在样品设计阶段或小批量加工中使用。
3D printing uses the principle of layer product adding to realize rapid processing.For designers,there is no need to consider too many forming factors,and the design concept is more free.Through the comprehensive analysis of the types of 3D printing technology,aging,processing accuracy,surface treatment,processing cost and other factors,this paper expounds and analyzes how designers use 3D printing technology reasonably in the design stage,and how it is different from the traditional design in the design.The conclusion shows that 3D printing technology is more suitable for sample design or small batch processing.
