血液透析血管通路日间手术临床实践建议

Clinical practice recommendation for ambulatory hemodialysis vascular access surgery

日间手术具有高效、高质量、低成本等优点,为患者提供了一种新型医疗服务。血管通路是维持性血液透析患者的生命线,一旦出现问题,需要快速、高效解决,否则生命会受到威胁,这与日间手术的理念吻合;而且血管通路建立与维护涉及手术种类较多,因此开展日间手术,既符合血管通路本身特点,又具有较大的社会效益与经济效益。目前,在我国日间手术尚处于起步阶段,缺乏规范的血管通路日间手术流程,不利于其质量控制和推广普及。鉴于此,北京市海淀医院肾脏内科总结本中心日间手术临床实践,参考国内外其他学科日间手术的经验并结合国情起草了本建议,旨在为我国血液透析血管通路日间手术的规范化开展提供参考。

Ambulatory surgery provides a new type of medical service for patients with its high efficiency,superior quality and low expenditure.Vascular access is a lifeline of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Any malfunction should be resolved quickly and efficiently,otherwise life is threatened.This is consistent with the concept of ambulatory surgery.Furthermore,creation and maintenance of vascular access involves many types of operations so that performing ambulatory surgery is not only in line with the characteristics of vascular access,but also offers greater social and economic benefits.Currently ambulatory surgery in China has remained in its infancy.Ambulatory surgery of hemodialysis vascular access is only performed at some select hospitals and has not been popularized so far owing to a lack of standardized procedures,consensuses and guidelines.For fostering the development and popularization of ambulatory vascular access during surgical hospitalization,our department summarized clinical practices based upon the latest literature and domestic status and drafted this recommendation.
