摘要
为研究铁路路基水沟基底的压实方法和压实标准,在蒙华铁路开展了不同压实机具对路堤边沟和站场排水沟基底碾压遍数对比试验,并进行了压实系数K和动态变形模量E_(vd)的现场对比试验。试验结果表明:用振动平板夯、手扶压路机、振动冲击夯对水沟基底的压实效果基本相同;对于水沟基底常用填料,压实系数K和动态变形模量E_(vd)具有较高的相关性。考虑水沟基底施工空间狭小、检测操作便捷性等因素,提出在压实质量检测中可采用动态变形模量E_(vd)作为控制指标,并根据对比试验结果,提出对于细粒土基底和粗粒土基底的压实控制标准建议值应分别大于30 MPa和35 MPa。
In order to study the compaction method and compaction standard of railway subgrade ditch base,the comparative test of compaction times of different compaction machines on embankment ditch and station drainage ditch base was carried out in Menghua Railway,and the field comparative test of compaction coefficient K and dynamic deformation modulus E_(vd)was carried out.The test results show that:the compaction effect of vibrating plate compactor,walking roller and vibrating impact compactor on the ditch base is basically the same.The compaction coefficient K and dynamic deformation modulus E_(vd)have a high correlation for the common fillers used in the ditch base.Considering the narrow construction space and the convenience of inspection operation,the dynamic deformation modulus E_(vd)is proposed as the control parameter in the compaction quality inspection.According to the comparative test results,it is proposed that the recommended values of compaction control indexes for fine-grained soil base and coarse-grained soil base should be greater than 30 MPa and 35 MPa respectively.
