摘要
地理环境实景建模作为带状工程BIM正向设计的必要条件,具有十分重要的作用。根据带状工程不同设计阶段所需地理环境信息精细度的不同,提出了适应带状工程BIM设计的地形级、地物级和部件级地理环境实景模型概念。建立了基于测绘新技术的地形级、地物级和部件级实景模型的工艺流程,总结了不同设计阶段实景模型的最优建立方法,提出了以录入到设计软件或数据服务方式实现地理环境实景模型与设计协同方式。实际工程应用表明:地理环境实景模型与BIM设计深度结合后,可大幅减少各设计专业外业调查工作,缩短现场工期,具有显著的社会经济效益。
As a necessary condition for BIM forward design of strip engineering,real scene geographic environment modeling plays a very important role.According to the different design stages of strip engineering,the precision of geographic environment information is different,the concept of terrain level,feature level and component level real scene geographic environment model is put forward to adapt to BIM design of strip engineering.The process flow of terrain level,feature level and component level real scene model based on new technology of surveying and mapping is established,optimal method of building real scene model in different design stages is summarized,the method of applying real scene geographic environment model in design is put forward.The practical engineering application shows that:the combination of real scene geographic environment model and BIM design can greatly reduce the field investigation work,shorten the site construction period,and have significant social and economic benefits.
