摘要
为了解决我国新研制的高速铁路1000 t级40 m跨预制简支箱梁的运架问题,研制了昆仑号架桥机(无导梁式运架一体机)。介绍了昆仑号架桥机组成、主要技术参数、架梁流程;分析了新材料GT785D高强钢的应用设计、主梁轻量化设计、主梁方便运输设计;研发了大推力关节轴承、可变位主支腿折叠结构、架桥机信息化管理系统等。结果表明:创新设计的昆仑号架桥机,是一种"全能型"运架一体机;新材料GT785D高强钢、信息化管理系统,可推广应用到其他大吨位架桥机设计中。
The Kunlun bridge erecting machine is developed to solve the problem of transporting and erecting by newlydeveloped 1000 t/40 m span prefabricated simply supported box girder for high-speed railway in China.In this paper,the composition,main technical parameters and girder erecting process of Kunlun bridge erecting machine are introduced firstly;secondly,the application design of GT785 D high-tensile steel,the lightweight design of the main beam and its convenient transportation design are analyzed;lastly,the large-scale thrust joint bearing,variable main landing leg folding structure and information management system of the bridge erecting machine and so on are developed.The results show that the innovatively designed Kunlun bridge erecting machine is a kind of"all-round-style"girder-transporting and erecting machine.The new material GT785 D high-tensile steel and information management system can be applied to the design of other large-tonnage bridge erecting machine.
