硬岩隧道二衬拱顶脱空原因分析及整治措施研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对隧道二衬拱顶脱空问题,依托厦深铁路梅林隧道工程实例,从混凝土本身、设备及环境三方面对硬岩隧道拱顶脱空的原因进行了探讨,并对脱空导致的潜在风险进行了总结。随后提出硬岩隧道拱顶脱空分级整治措施,该措施按照脱空程度的不同采取小、中、大修三种处理措施:小修直接灌注混凝土;中修打锚杆+灌注混凝土;大修开天窗+植筋+打锚杆+灌注混凝土。最后结合梅林隧道典型断面采用有限元分析论证了分级整治措施的有效性,可为类似工程提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of the vault void of the secondary lining of the tunnel,relying on the Meilin tunnel project of Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway,the reasons for the vault void of the hard rock tunnel are discussed from three aspects:concrete itself,equipment and environment.And the potential risks caused by voiding are summarized.Subsequently,the grading treatment measures for the vault void of the hard rock tunnel are proposed.This measure adopts three treatment methods for small,medium and large repairs according to the degree of voiding:direct pouring concrete for small repairs;bolting+pouring concrete for medium repairs;opening skylights+planting bars+anchoring rods+pouring concrete for overhauling.Finally,combined with the typical section of the Meilin Tunnel,finite element analysis is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the hierarchical treatment measures,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
