摘要
基坑支护是保证地下结构施工及基坑周边环境安全的重要措施。在不同施工环境和市场环境下,需要选择出兼具安全性和经济性的基坑支护方式。以成都地铁某高架车站承台基坑支护工程为背景,从施工过程、工程费用、对市政管线及道路的影响、施工风险等方面对比论证了不同基坑支护方案,选择出适合浅基坑的沉入式混凝土套箱支护方式。项目施工应用成果证明该方法在确保施工安全、加快施工进度、降低施工成本方面具有显著的效果。为今后类似工程中基坑支护方案的选择提供借鉴。
Foundation pit support is an important measure for ensuring the safety in the construction of underground structures and the safety of the surroundings of foundation pit.It needs to be solved how to choose a safe and economical supporting structure according to different construction and market environment.Different supporting plans for foundation pit were studied and compared in various aspects,i.e.,construction process,engineering cost,impact on municipal pipelines and roads,construction risk,etc.,based on an elevated station of Chengdu Metro.The sunken concrete casing box was chosen as the preferred foundation pit supporting structure.The practical application showed that the sunken concrete casing box integrated the advantages of safety,efficiency and economy.This will provide reference for the selection of foundation pit support scheme in similar projects.
