摘要 针对昌赣客专CRTSⅢ型先张轨道板预制技术现状及存在的问题,对其进行优化分析。改进了轨道板蒸养技术,保证了养护的均匀性;采用网格式水养池设计,杜绝了轨道板水养过程中的倾倒现象;使用研制的"轨道板脱模机",解决了现有技术中轨道板脱模时人工操作不同步的问题;使用研制的"立式轨道板运输车",解决了轨道板运输不安全,操作不方便的问题;优化了混凝土垫块及相关施工工艺,消除了轨道板表面垫块印记。此轨道板预制技术成功应用于昌赣板厂,在提高工效、降低安全风险、节省成本等方面取得了显著成绩,以期为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。 In view of the current situation and existing problems of the prefabrication technology for CRTS Ⅲ pretensioned track slab in Nanchang-Ganzhou High-speed Railway,an optimization analysis is carried out.The analysis results are as follows:the steam curing technology of track slab is improved and the uniformity of curing is ensured;the design of grid aquatic pond is used to prevent the dumping phenomenon during the water curing of the track slab;using the developed"track plate demoulding machine"solves the problem that the manual operation is not synchronized when the track plate is demoulded in the prior art;using the developed"vertical rail slab transport vehicle"solves the problems of unsafe rail slab transportation and inconvenient operation;optimizing the concrete pad and related construction technology,and eliminating the mark of the pad on the surface of the track slab.This track slab prefabrication technology has been successfully applied in Changgan Slab Factory,and has achieved remarkable results in improving work efficiency,reducing safety risks,and saving costs,which is expected to provide some reference for similar projects.
