Design Principle of Energy Requirement of Older Infants(7~12 Months Old)Food

7~12月龄婴儿,虽然可以添加辅食,但其主要能量来源仍然以母乳为主。7~12月龄婴儿生长发育速度依然很快,其胃容量、排空时间均会发生快速变化,婴幼儿期能量摄入对婴幼儿的生长发育有重要影响,摄入过少发育迟缓,摄入过多成年后患糖尿病、心脑血管疾病的风险加大。因此,本文对7~12月龄较大婴儿能量需要量进行研究,为设计婴儿辅食及较大婴儿配方食品能量需要量提供理论指导。

Although complementary food can be added to infants aged from 7 to 12 months,their main energy source is still breast milk.The growth and development rate of infants aged from 7 to 12 months is still very fast,and their stomach volume and empting time will change rapidly.Energy intake in infants and young children has an important impact on the growth and development of infants and young children.If intake is too little,the growth will be delayed,and too much intake will increase the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in adults.Therefore,this paper studies the energy needs of older infants aged from 7 to 12 months,which can provide theoretical guidance for the design of infant complementary food and formula food for older infants.
