父亲职业性接触农药与儿童急性白血病关系的Meta分析

A meta-analysis on relationship between paternal occupational pesticide exposure and childhood acute leukemia in the off-spring

目的探讨父亲职业性接触农药与儿童白血病的关系。方法检索万方、维普、CNKI、Cochrane library和PubMed等国内外数据库中有关父亲职业性接触农药与儿童白血病关系的病例对照试验。按照一定的纳入和排除标准选取文献,采用RevMan5.3软件对文献进行Meta分析。结果最终选取的10项病例对照试验,Meta分析结果显示:父亲职业接触农药儿童急性白血病患病率的危险性是不接触的1.52倍(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.17~1.96)。以对照来源、研究时间、样本量及接触农药种类进行分组,亚组分析结果显示,各亚组父亲职业性接触农药均可增加儿童患急性白血病的风险。结论父亲职业性接触农药是儿童白血病的危险因素之一。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between paternal occupational pesticide exposure and childhood acute leukemia in the off-spring.Methods The published articles of case-control studies about the theme had been searched in several databases including Wanfang,Weipu,CNKI,Cochrance library and Pubmed.The studies that met inclusion criteria were analyzed by using RevMan 5.3.Results Ten case-control studies were chosen.The result of Meta-analysis were as follows:The summary OR for paternal occupational pesticide exposure and the risk of childhood acute leukemia in the off-spring was 1.52(95%CI:1.17~1.96).Source of control groups,investigation time,sample size and pesticide types were set as the grouping factors,the result showed that each group of paternal occupational pesticide exposure could increase the risk of childhood acute leukemia in the off-spring.Conclusion Paternal occupational pesticide exposure is a risk factor of childhood acute leukemia in the off-spring.
