摘要 金属材料作为电网设备及部件最重要的构成单元,随着金属材料专项监督工作的持续开展,电网设备及部件金属材料缺陷检出率逐年下降,入网设备及部件质量显著提升。对电网110 kV及以下电压等级输电、变电及配网工程中金属材料典型缺陷进行了整合分类,并结合相关标准对缺陷进行判定,同时针对性地提出质量改进建议,提升金属材料专项监督工作的质效,严格把关入网设备及部件质量,全面提升电网本质安全水平。 As the most important part of equipment and components of power grid,metal materials are used widely and large in quality with the function of conducting,supporting,connecting,anti-corrosion and the others.With the continuous development of special supervision of metal materials,the detection rate of metal material defects of equipment and components of power grid has been decreasing year by year,and the quality of equipment and components of power grid has been improved significantly.The article integrates and categorizes the typical defects of metal materials in power transmission,substation and distribution network projects of 110 kV and below,and determines the defects in combination with relevant standards.At the same time,the suggestions of quality improvement was put forward,and the quality and efficiency of special supervision work has been improved.The quality of equipment and components of power grid has been controlled strictly,and the intrinsic safety of power grid has been improved comprehensively.
