摘要 华能长兴电厂2号机组在270~280 MW负荷运行时发生多次A侧二次风量突降情况,严重时甚至突降至0,锅炉总风量同步下降,对机组的安全稳定运行产生严重影响。对2号炉A侧二次风量突降的具体原因进行了分析。通过查阅历史数据并听取西安热工院的分析意见后,提出了解决二次风量突降问题的措施。 During the operation of No.2 unit with 270~280 MW load in Huaneng Changxing Power Plant,the secondary air volume of side A dropped suddenly many times,and even dropped to 0 in serious cases,and the total air volume of the boiler dropped synchronously,which has serious impact on the safe and stable operation of the unit.In order to analyze the specific reasons for the sudden drop,Changxing Power Plant held a special seminar on the abnormal change of secondary air volume in A side of#2 furnace,consulted historical data and listened to the analysis opinions of Xi′an Thermal Engineering Institute,and discussed the current problems of the sudden drop of secondary air volume in the plant.
