辅机工频改变频引起的共振分析及措施

摘要 针对发电机组将辅机工频改变频使用引起的共振问题进行了讨论和分析。结合某厂凝泵和引风机工频改变频后振动异常的处理工作,总结出改变设备自身固有频率、避免在共振区间工作和消除其他易导致振动因素影响等措施,以减弱工频改变频带来的共振影响。 Discussed and analyzed the resonance problem caused by changing the power frequency of the auxiliary machine in in power plants.Combining with the treatment of abnormal vibration after the frequency conversion of the condensate pump and the induced draft fan of power plants,the measures are summarized including changing the natural frequency of the equipment,avoiding working in the resonance zone and eliminating the influence of other factors that easily cause vibration,in order to reduce the resonance effect of changing the frequency.
