一种单晶闸管投切电容器的控制方法研究与优化

摘要 现有晶闸管投切三相电容未进行大规模应用,主要原因在于控制不够方便,仍需使用2个以上晶闸管。分析了现有TSC的实际情况以及存在的一些缺点,提出一种单晶闸管投切电容器的简化TSC方案。通过该晶闸管投切电容器原理研究,设计单晶闸管投切三相电容器电路拓扑,并给出控制方法,并对该TSC方案进行了仿真验证。结果表明,单一晶闸管可以可靠投切三相电容器,且与现有技术相比,控制电路结构简单,具备实用价值。 The main reason why the existing thyristor switching three-phase capacitor has not been applied on a large scale is that the control is not convenient enough,and more than two thyristors still need to be used.This paper analyzes the actual situation and some shortcomings of the existing TSC,and proposes a simplified TSC scheme with single thyristor switching capacitor.Through the study of the principle of thyristor switching capacitor,the circuit topology of single thyristor switching three-phase capacitor is designed,the control method is given,and the TSC scheme is simulated and verified.The results show that a single thyristor can reliably switch the three-phase capacitor,and compared with the existing technology,the control circuit has simple structure and practical value.
