既有建筑的改造设计探究——以“濠西书苑”城市阅读空间改造设计为例

EXPLORATION ON RENOVATION DESIGN OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS-TAKE THE URBAN READING SPACE RENOVATION DESIGN AT"HAOXI SHUYUAN"COMMUNITY AS AN EXAMPLE

既有建筑承载了历史与文化,且发挥既有建筑的延续价值是深入贯彻绿色发展理念的重要方式之一。文章首先分了国内外既有建筑的改造设计现状,然后提出既有建筑的改造设计方法,最后对“濠西书苑”改造项目的方案设计中的文化元素、功能优化、设计研究等方面展开分析。以期为今后既有建筑改造提供一定借鉴。

Existing buildings carry cultural,historical,and humanistic connotations.Exerting the continuation value of existing buildings is important to thoroughly implement the concept of green development.This paper first points out the status quo of the reconstruction design of the existing buildings at home and abroad,and then puts forward the reconstruction design method of the existing buildings analyzes the main forms of functional transformation of existing buildings by using cases,analyzes the cultural elements,function optimization and design research in the plan design of the renovation project of"Haoxi Book Garden",and provides experience for the renovation of existing buildings in the future.
