血清Omentin-1与高原老年慢性阻塞性肺病病情程度间的相关性

Correlation between serum Omentin-1 and the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly at plateau

目的探讨血清Omentin-1与高原老年慢性阻塞性肺病病情程度间的相关性。方法选取80例初治C0PD患者,将该组患者根据严重程度(渐次严重)分为A、B、C、D组(各20例)。选取健康体检者20例作为对照组。患病组在治疗前、后检测血清Omentin-1水平。应用统计学方法分析血清Omentin-1与慢性阻塞性肺病病情程度间的相关性。结果患病组血清Omentin-1水平较健康对照组显著降低(P<O.05),且患病组各组患者间差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患病组各组患者治疗后的Omentin-1水平均较治疗前明显升高(均P<0.05)。COPD患者血清Omentin-1水平与COPD病情严重程度呈负相关(rs=-0.64,P<0.001)。结也老年血清Omentin-1水平在高原随COPD病情程度加重而逐渐下降。血清Omentin-1水平可辅助评估高原老年COPD患者的病情程度。

Objective To explore the correlation between serum Omentin-1 and the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the elderly at plateau.Methods A total of 80 patients with newly diagnosed COPD were selected and divided them into groups A,B,C and D(20 cases each)according to the severity.Twenty healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The level of serum Omentin-1 was measured before and after treatment.The correlation between serum Omentin-1 and the severity of COPD was statistically assessed.Results The level of serum Omentin-1 in the COPD group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum omentin-1 among the various COPD groups were also statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of Omentin-1 in each group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(all P<0.05).The level of serum omentin-1 in patients with COPD was negatively correlated with the severity of COPD(rs=-0.64,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of serum Omentin-1 in the elderly gradually decreases with the aggravation of COPD in highland.Serum Omentin-1 is useful for the evaluation of COPD severity in the elderly at plateau.
