摘要
生物碱是植物中广泛存在的一种次生代谢产物,在抵御生物胁迫及非生物胁迫中发挥着重要作用。转录因子是调控基因转录翻译,控制基因表达量的一种蛋白质。转录因子通过诱导或抑制生物碱合成相关基因的表达来控制植物中生物碱的含量。目前有关调控SGA、烟碱、TIAs和BIAs生物合成的转录因子已有报道。本研究综述了参与SGA、烟碱、TIAs和BIAs生物合成的转录因子家族类型,转录因子在生物碱生物合成中的调控机制以及生物碱合成涉及的信号传导途径,以期为调控农作物中生物碱含量提供理论依据,培育出抗逆性强、安全和优质的农作物品种。
Alkaloid is a widespread secondary metabolite in plants,which plays an important role in resisting biotic and abiotic stresses.Transcription factor is a kind of protein that regulates gene transcription and translation and controls gene expression.Transcription factors control the content of alkaloids in plants by inducing or inhibiting the expression of genes related to alkaloid synthesis.Some transcription factors regulating the biosynthesis of SGA,nicotine,TIAs and BIAs have been reported.The types of transcription factors involved in SGA,nicotine,TIAs and BIAs biosynthesis,the regulatory mechanism of transcription factors in alkaloid biosynthesis and the signal transduction pathways involved in alkaloid synthesis were reviewed in this research reviews,in order to provide a theoretical basis for regulating the content of alkaloid in crops and breeding crop varieties with strong stress resistance,safety and high quality.
