浅析冀东油田钾盐体系钻井液电阻率控制技术

摘要 电阻率曲线在测井解释中占据重要地位,在冀东油田钾盐体系钻井液施工井中,过量的钾盐会降低钻井液电阻率,影响测井曲线质量,盲目降低钾盐含量会导致钻井液性能的不稳定,进而影响钻井液质量及井身质量。因此,要做好钻井液电阻率的控制工作,并尽可能降低因钻井液电阻率控制给钻井液性能带来的影响。通过不断进行室内性能评价、滚动回收率等实验并结合现场实践,优选出钾盐及处理剂的最优配比,并优化性能维护及加盐技术措施,在保证测井解释合格的同时,保证了钻井液及井身质量,为同类型钻井液电阻率控制井的施工提供了借鉴意义。 Resistivity curve plays an important role in logging interpretation.In Jidong oilfield,excessive potash will reduce the resistivity of drilling fluid and affect the quality of logging curve.Blindly reducing the potash content will lead to the instability of drilling fluid performance and further affect the quality of drilling fluid and well bore.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job of drilling fluid resistivity control and reduce the impact of drilling fluid resistivity control on drilling fluid performance as far as possible.Through continuous indoor performance evaluation,rolling recovery rate and other experiments,combined with field practice,the optimal ratio of potassium salt and treatment agent is optimized,and the performance maintenance and salt adding technical measures are optimized,so as to ensure the quality of drilling fluid and well bore while the logging interpretation is qualified,which provides reference for the construction of similar drilling fluid resistivity control wells.
