摘要
大牛地气田下古生界气藏具有井位分散、H2S浓度低微、产出规律不明确的特点,若采用集中脱硫工艺存在较大的经济风险。通过开展井筒除硫技术现场试验,对五种除硫剂的现场应用效果评价和对比,优选出B型除硫剂,推广应用12口井,产出H_(2)S气体体积分数均小于国家二类气外输标准,除硫效果较好,综合成本为0.049元/m^(3),具有一定的经济效益,为大牛地气田下古生界低微含硫气藏产能释放和经济有效开发提供了一定的技术支持。
The lower Paleozoic gas reservoir in Daniudi gas field is characterized by scattered well location,low concentration of H_(2)S and unclear production regularity.If the centralized desulfurization process is adopted,there will be great economic risk.Through the field test of wellbore desulfurization technology,the field application effect of five kinds of desulfurization agents is evaluated and compared,and type B desulfurization agent is selected.After being popularized and applied in 12 wells,the volume fraction of produced H2S gas is less than the national class II gas export standard,the sulfur removal effect is good,and the comprehensive cost is 0.049 Yuan/m^(3).This technology has certain economic benefits,which can provide some technical support for the production capacity release and economic and effective development of low and micro sulfur gas reservoirs in the lower Paleozoic in Daniudi gas field.
