聚合物多级偏心分注工艺技术研究及应用

摘要 河南油田注聚单元属于非均质性严重的多油层油藏,大多为二、三类储层,储层渗透率差异较大,聚合物注入过程中,层间矛盾突出,且现有工艺存在局限性,难以满足河南油田聚合物分注需求,导致聚合物注入效果变差。通过研究,形成聚合物多级偏心分注工艺。模拟试验表明,控压能力比国内同类型技术提高了1倍以上,解决了高渗层注入量控制难、低渗层无法动用的问题,实现注聚注水全过程一体化,满足多级多段细分注入的需求,取得较好效果。 The polymer injection unit of Henan oilfield belongs to a multi-layer reservoir with serious heterogeneity,most of which are type Ⅱ and Ⅲ reservoirs.The reservoir permeability varies greatly.In the process of polymer injection,the interlayer contradiction is prominent,and the existing process has limitations,which is difficult to meet the polymer separate injection demand of Henan oilfield,resulting in poor polymer injection effect.Through research,a multi-stage eccentric polymer separate injection process is formed.The simulation test shows that the pressure control capacity of the technology is more than twice that of the same type of domestic technology.The technology not only solves the problems that it is difficult to control the injection volume of high permeability layer and cannot be used in low permeability layer,but realizes the integration of the whole process of polymer injection and water injection,meets the needs of multi-stage and multi-segment subdivision injection.In one word,it has achieved good results.
