摘要 随着新一轮电力体制改革的推进与售电市场的开放,客户用电需求与选择趋于多元化,传统粗放的电力营销模式较难以适应,电力公司有必要对客户用电行为进行深度认知,提取典型行业的用电模式,为客户用电服务提供支撑。为了全面有效地整合客户碎片化信息,本文对现有的客户信息维度进行扩展,建立面向包含行业客户用电信息以及外部宏观环境数据在内的多维数据耦合的行业客户用电信息模型。并据此信息模型对企业客户按行业进行分群分类,探究行业客户的用电行为模式。 With the advancement of the new round of power system reforms and the opening of the power sales market, customers’ power demand and choices tend to be diversified. The traditional extensive power marketing model is difficult to adapt. It is necessary for power companies to conduct customer power consumption behaviors. In-depth knowledge, extract the electricity consumption patterns of typical industries, and provide support for customers’ electricity services. In order to fully and effectively integrate customer fragmented information, this article expands the existing customer information dimensions, and establishes an industrial customer electricity information model that is coupled with multi-dimensional data including industrial customer electricity information and external macro environmental data. This information model classifies corporate customers into groups by industry, and explores the behavior patterns of industry customers’ electricity consumption.
