摘要
电子文件系统的推广应用可以建立起分公司领导与机关部室、作业区之间进行信息高效沟通平台,使文件的审批、接收与传递时间大大缩短,从原来以天计算到现在以小时、以分钟计算,实现了“零距离发送”。本文在充分阐述了该系统的意义和作用基础上,重点介绍了电子公文系统的功能及其流程开发过程。
The promotion and application of the office automation(OA)system can establish a platform for efficient information communication between the leaders of the branch and the departments,offices and operation areas,greatly shorten the time of document approval,reception and transmission,and realize"zero distance transmission"from the original calculation in days to the current calculation in hours and minutes.Based on significance and function of OA system,this paper expounds the function and process development of OA system.
