摘要
应用虚拟仿真技术构建的地震应急救援演练系统能在保证安全的前提下,为参演者提供高真实感的救援演练,从而有效提高指挥人员的应急处置和科学决策能力,增强救援队伍的应变与协同救援能力。地震灾害情景构建和灾害演化情景推演技术可增强对地震影响直观而整体的认识,利于根据逼真地震情景作出贴合实情救援决策与对策,因此可为“情景-应对”型救援演练提供有力技术支撑和可靠演练参照。本文从地震应急救援演练的实际需求出发,提出以地震巨灾情景构建为基础的应急救援训练虚拟仿真系统的设计构想。系统首先通过地震情景构建对城市地震巨灾发生-发展过程中形成的灾害情景进行科学仿真,然后采用逻辑正向推演模拟地震灾害与救援情景的动态发展,最终实现对“从地震情景构建、到灾害及救援情景动态推演、再到救援培训演练为完整链条的地震救援演练全过程”的模拟仿真。通过系统的研发将实现救援演练效果和救援能力的提升,为进一步提高城市综合抗震防灾能力提供重要技术支撑。
The earthquake emergency rescue drilling system adopted virtual simulation technology can provide high realistic rescue drilling for the participants on the premise of ensuring safety.The emergency response and scientific decision-making ability of commanders improves through the system,while the emergency response and collaborative rescue ability of rescue team also enhances.Earthquake disaster scenario construction and disaster evolution scenario deduction technology can enhance the intuitive understanding of the impact of the earthquake and conducive to decision-making and countermeasures according to the earthquake scene.Therefore,it can provide strong technical support and reliable reference for the"scenario response"rescue drill.This paper proposes to establish a virtual simulation system of emergency rescue deduction training based on the construction of large-scale earthquake disaster scenarios by analyzing the actual needs of earthquake rescue drills.The system realizes the earthquake catastrophe scenario simulation of the whole process of occurrence development and disaster formation in urban based on the earthquake construction.Then,the logic forward deduction is adopted to figure out the dynamic development of earthquake disaster rescue scenario.The whole process simulation of earthquake rescue drill is realized with the chain of earthquake disaster scenario construction,earthquake rescue scenario dynamic deduction and earthquake rescue training drill in the end.The establishment of the system will improve the rescue drill effect,enhance the rescue ability,and further support the comprehensive earthquake resistance and disaster prevention and control.
