静电纺丝制备银修饰二氧化钛纳米纤维应用于光降解亚甲基蓝

摘要 采用静电纺丝法制备银修饰二氧化钛纳米纤维,通过XRD、TEM及UV-Vis等分析其基本物性,且在UV光与泛光波照射下探讨其对亚甲基蓝溶液的光降解效果。物性分析显示银修饰二氧化钛纳米纤维呈锐钛矿与金红石并存的多晶结构,且其在400~800 nm的吸光度峰值增强约50%,表明经银修饰后二氧化钛纤维的光吸收范围大大扩展。光降解分析显示经UV照射120 min后银修饰二氧化钛纳米纤维可将MB溶液的吸光度峰值降至0,经泛光波照射120 min后亦可将MB溶液的吸光度峰值降至0.1以下,说明经银修饰后二氧化钛纤维对MB具有较好的UV与泛光波光降解效能。 Ag modified TiO2 nano-fiber was prepared by electrostatic spinning method.The basic physical properties of the nano-fiber were analyzed by XRD,TEM and UV-Vis and the photo-degradation effect of that on methylene blue solution was investigated under UV and floodlight irradiation.Physical properties analysis showed that the Ag modified TiO2 nano-fiber had a polycrystalline structure of anatase and rutile,and the absorption peak between 400 nm and 800 nm was enhanced by about 50%,indicating that the light absorption range of the Ag modified TiO2 nano-fiber was greatly expanded.The photo-degradation analysis showed that the absorption peak of MB solution could be reduced to 0 after 120 min of UV irradiation,and the absorption peak of MB solution could also be reduced to below 0.1 after 120 min of floodlight irradiation,which indicated that the Ag modified TiO2 nano-fiber had better UV and floodlight degradation efficiency for MB.
