摘要
对酵母海藻糖的提取与纯化工艺进行了研究。在温度80℃、酵母质量浓度70g/L条件下用50%乙醇溶液提取60min,海藻糖提取率可达98.81%;采用大孔阴阳离子交换树脂混合柱纯化提取液,适宜条件为,流速(3~6)mL/min,温度40℃,经浓缩、结晶,海藻糖纯度可达98%以上。
Extraction and purification technology of trehalose from yeast was studied in the experiment.The extraction recovery of trehalose is above 98.81% under the condition:temperature 80 ℃,the concentration of yeast 70 g/L and the time of extraction 60 min.The extracting liquor was purified by anion and cation exchange chromatography under the condition:flow rate 3~6 mL/min,temperature 40 ℃.The purity of trehalose produced by the technology is above 98%.
