保持架对球轴承高频振动的影响分析

摘要 针对球轴承运行中高频振动的现象,考虑轴承各部件的相互作用,建立球轴承六自由度动力学模型。通过改变保持架的结构参数,研究保持架对球轴承高频振动的影响。结果表明,随着球与保持架兜孔间隙的增加,高频振动成分的频率变化不大,但幅值增加明显,保持架与引导套圈间隙对球轴承高频振动影响较小。研究结果为合理设计球与保持架兜孔间隙提供参考。 To study the high frequency vibration in ball bearings,a six degree of freedom dynamic model of ball bearing,considering the interaction of bearing components,is established.By changing the structural parameters of cage,the influence of cage on high frequency vibration of ball bearing is studied.The results show that with the increase of the clearance between ball and cage pocket,the frequency of high frequency vibration component changes little,but the amplitude increases obviously.The clearance between cage and guide ring has little effect on the high frequency vibration of ball bearing.Therefore,the clearance between ball and cage pocket has a great influence on the high frequency vibration of ball bearings,which needs to be considered in the design process.
