摘要 基于应变率相关Johnson-Cook本构模型,利用LS-DYNA非线性有限元软件对含能材料Comp.B炸药的冲击特性进行分析。通过落锤冲击加载模拟实验装置进行实验,并根据实验结果拟合Johnson-Cook本构模型的模型参数。在此基础上,对落锤质量为40 kg和400 kg,落高为1000 mm和1500 mm时Comp.B炸药药柱的应力随时间的变化关系进行模拟分析。结果表明:落锤质量相同落高不同时,应力-时间关系曲线变化趋势相似;落高相同落锤质量不同时,应力-时间关系曲线变化趋势不同。 Based on the strain rate correlation Johnson-Cook constitutive model,LS-DYNA nonlinear finite element software is used to analyze the impact characteristics of Comp.B energetic materials.The experiment was carried out through the experimental device with drop hammer impact loading,and the results are used to fit the parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model.On this basis,the falling hammer mass is fixed at 40 kg and 400 kg,and the falling height at 1000 mm and 1500 mm,respectively.The relationship between the effective stress of the Comp.B explosive drug column and the change of time was analyzed.The results show that when the same falling hammer quality and different falling heights lead to similar change trend of the stress-time relationship curve;while various falling hammer quality results in different change trends of the stress-time relationship curve.
