大型数字灌区总体架构设计研究

摘要 数字灌区作为现代化灌区建设的重要阶段,是涉及多学科、多行业,覆盖面广、功能要求高的复杂而庞大的信息系统工程。数字灌区建设是实现灌区管理现代化的基础,工程建设必须以服务灌区管理需求和指导灌区管理实践为核心要求,旨在运用先进的水利、信息、控制和决策技术,显著提升灌区管理水平和服务能力。为此,本文基于大型灌区的现状及存在的问题,提出了大型数字灌区的总体架构,以期为数字灌区标准化建设与管理提供技术指导。 Digital irrigation area,as an important stage of modern irrigation area construction,is a complex and huge information system engineering involving multi-disciplines,multi-industries,wide coverage and high functional requirements.The construction of digital irrigated area is the foundation of realizing the modernization of irrigated area management.The project construction must serve the needs of irrigated area management and guide the practice of irrigated area management as the core requirements,aiming at using advanced water conservancy,information,control and decision-making technology to signifi cantly improve the management level and service ability of irrigated area.Therefore,based on the current situation and existing problems of irrigation district,this paper puts forward the overall framework of digital irrigation district,in order to provide technical guidance for the standardized construction and management of digital irrigation district.
