摘要 研发实时检测与缓解视疲劳的智能设备在日常生活中具有重要应用价值。视疲劳程度与眨眼动作密切相关,从眨眼动作提取的眨眼频率和眨眼持续时间会随着视疲劳程度的加深而有所增加。本文通过采集疲劳和非疲劳状态下的垂直眼电信号(VEOG)从而进行眨眼实时监测,然后建立支持向量机(二分类)模型,将30秒内的眨眼频率、平均时间占比作为区分将疲劳眼电信号和非疲劳眼电信号的特征,最终模型测试集准确率为88.33%。本文创新地提出了将监测和缓解视疲劳于一体的智能按摩眼镜。系统可以根据判别函数f(x1,x2)=4.8647*x1+x2-0.5138判断眼睛是否进入疲劳状态,若眼睛进入疲劳状态,眼镜自动启动按摩功能对睛明穴进行按摩,以及时缓解视疲劳,保护双眼。该设备可佩戴性高,低功耗,是一款能有效保护双眼的可穿戴设备。 The research and development of real-time detection and relief of asthenopia intelligent equipment in daily life has an important application value.The degree of asthenopia is closely related to eye blink,and the blink frequency and duration extracted from eye blink will increase the degree of asthenopia.In this paper,real-time monitoring of blinking is carried out by collecting the VEOG signals under fatigue and non-fatigue conditions,and then a Support Vector Machine model(SVM)is established.The blinking frequency and the average blink duration within 30 seconds were used as the characteristics to distinguish the fatigue and non-fatigue eye signals,the accuracy of the fi nal model test set was 88.33%.In this paper,the intelligent massage glasses model which can monitor and relieve visual fatigue is presented.According to the function f(x1,x2)=4.8647*x1+x2-0.5138,the system can judge the fatigue state of the eyes.Then it automatically starts the massage function to massage the Jingming points,so as to relieve asthenopia in time and protect the eyes.The device has high wearability and low power consumption,and is a wearable device that can eff ectively protect eyes.
